Julie Bergen is a CASC/ACSS Certified Supervisor-Educator and Spiritual Care Practitioner and Spiritual Care Specialist at St. Paul’s Hospital where she runs the CPE program. With experience in the provision of spiritual care in acute care and long-term care settings, Julie is also trained in Social Work and has worked with victims of intimate partner violence, homelessness and affordable housing, youth care, parenting support, and volunteer recruitment and training. Julie is ordained with Mennonite Church Saskatchewan.
Erika Mills is a Registered Psychotherapist and CASC/ACSS Certified Supervisor-Educator who offers CPE in Southern Saskatchewan as the need exists. She is the founder of InLight Soul Care, an online psychotherapy practice serving adults across Ontario. Her clinical and educational work focuses on burnout, professional identity, moral injury, grief, spiritual care, and the psychological effects of carrying responsibility for others. Erika has worked in acute care, hospice, long-term care, education, and organizational leadership. She teaches in the areas of psychospiritual care, ethics, professional formation, and sustainable caregiving.
